Our History
ALPFA at Texas A&M is dedicated to expanding the opportunities for students who seek careers in business-related fields by empowering them to develop as leaders through various avenues.
We aim to be the leading Latino professional association by creating opportunities, adding value, and building relationships for our members, community, and sponsors.
Our Mission & Vision
Our Board of Directors strive to empower our members through various initiatives. Some of our initiatives are things like ALPFAmilia Mentorship Program and Women of ALPFA.
The ALPFAmilia Mentorship program allows our members to get matched with industry professionals and have a semester long mentorship with them where they have coffee chats to talk about things like imposter syndrome, life after college, and how to land your first internship!
The Women of ALPFA program empowers minority women by socials, workshops, and hosting industry panels with women from various fields such as business, engineering, medical, and much more.
